01How fast can we go live?
Most systems are live within days. We start with a focused pilot so you see results quickly, then expand.
02Do you only do voice agents and chatbots?
No. Much of our work is behind the scenes: process automation, custom agents, content engines, and the reporting that shows what is actually happening.
03Do your systems work in Hindi and Hinglish?
Yes. Voice and chat handle English, Hindi and Hinglish, tested on real Indian accents and phone audio.
04Will this replace my staff?
It frees them. AI takes the repetitive, high-volume work so your people do the work that needs a human.
05Who owns what you build? What if we part ways?
You do. The workflows, the prompts and the integration configuration are yours, and we build on tools you can hold accounts for directly — there is no proprietary Artors platform to be locked into. If you want to take it in-house or move to another vendor, you get everything in a form they can run. That is a handover, not a rebuild.
06Where does our data sit, and what about the DPDP Act?
Our own systems run in India, and for your systems data residency is scoped and named in the proposal rather than assumed. We act as your Data Processor: your purpose, your retention period, no reuse to train anything, no sharing between clients. The full position is on our security page.
07Do you work with my industry?
Almost certainly. The systems are industry-agnostic; what changes is the workflow and vocabulary. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the first call.
08How much does it cost?
